SENATE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

FOR SENATE BILL 375, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 7, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following new subsection:

          "B. if the rent paid by a vendee is set by law to benefit a low-income person;".

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
