AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE TRADES PROGRAM FACILITY AT NAVAJO TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the higher education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 for the expansion of the trades program facility at the Crownpoint campus of Navajo technical university. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
