    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 398, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendments 1 through 3.

     2. Strike all items of Senate Floor Amendment number 1.

     3. On page 3, line 17, strike "All" and insert in lieu thereof "Within the course of the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school years and in each subsequent school year, all".

     4. On page 5, line 2, strike "Every", and insert in lieu thereof "Within the course of the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school years, every".

     5. On page 5, line 10, after the period, insert "The plan shall continue to be implemented each school year and may be updated as necessary.".
