SENATE BILL 398

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 10, before the period, insert a closing bracket.

    2. On page 4, line 11, strike "C." and insert in lieu thereof "D." and on page 4, line 11 through page 5, line 1, remove the line-through and the closing bracket.

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    4. On page 5, line 2, after "district", insert "and charter school".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
