AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR FACILITIES IN THE NORTH CENTRAL REGIONAL TRANSIT DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million six hundred twenty-two thousand four hundred fifty-nine dollars ($2,622,459) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 for the design, equipping and construction of a maintenance facility, vehicle wash bay and fueling station in the north central regional transit district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
