    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 491

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On pages 3 and 4, strike Subsection E in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new subsection:

         "E. The commission shall establish by rule fiduciary, security and insurance safeguards for the money deposited with and paid out or distributed by the New Mexico horse breeders' association pursuant to the Horse Racing Act.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
