2. On page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike "or cider", and on line 15, after "wine", insert "or cider".
3. On page 2, line 22, after "license", insert "or dispenser's license".
4. On page 4, line 7, after "a", insert "retailer, dispenser,".
5. On page 6, line 4, after "retailer", insert "or dispenser".
6. On page 6, line 6, after "retailer", insert "or dispenser" and after "limitations", insert "of Paragraph (1)".
7. On page 10, line 12, after "premises", insert ", except as otherwise provided in Section 1 of this 2019 act".
8. On page 11, line 25, after "includes", insert a colon and the paragraph designation "(1)".
9. On page 12, line 5, after the semicolon, insert "and" and between lines 5 and 6, insert the following:
"(2) locations of a secured inventory of beer, cider and wine of a beer and wine delivery licensee pursuant to Subsection O of Section 1 of this 2019 act, as those locations are further defined in department rules;".
