AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE PARKS DIVISION OF THE ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT TO FUND A FULL-TIME PARK RANGER POSITION AT STORRIE LAKE STATE PARK.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-one thousand fifty-six dollars ($51,056) is appropriated from the general fund to the state parks division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 to fund a full-time park ranger advance position at Storrie Lake state park. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
