has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 20, strike "appropriated" and insert in

lieu thereof "subject to appropriation by the legislature".

     2. On page 4, line 1, after the period, insert "Money in the fund in fiscal year 2020 may be expended by the division for the purposes of the fund.".
