SENATE BILL 556
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 2, line 16, strike "applicable to" and insert in lieu thereof "contained in an agreement between a car sharing program and" and strike the second occurrence of "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".
2. On page 2, line 25, after "time", insert "that".
3. On page 3, line 2, before the semicolon, insert "or the shared vehicle owner or the shared vehicle owner's authorized designee takes possession of the shared vehicle".
4. On page 3, line 3, strike "following" and insert in lieu thereof "time that the following occurs".
5. On page 3, line 6, after the semicolon, insert "or".
6. On page 3, line 10, strike "or" and strike lines 11 through 13 in their entirety.
7. On page 12, line 18, strike the second occurrence of "claim" and insert in lieu thereof "car sharing program".
