has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "MAGISTRATE AND", and on line 13, strike "COURTS" and insert in lieu thereof "COURT".

    2. On page 2, line 8, after "plea", insert "to a misdemeanor charge", strike "magistrate of" and strike "courts" and insert in lieu thereof "court".

    3. On page 2, line 10, after "for", insert "adult".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
