AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE INDIAN AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT TO DEVELOP TRAINING PROGRAMS ON CAPITAL OUTLAY PROJECT PLANNING FOR TRIBAL LEADERS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 to develop training programs to teach tribal leaders how to plan and develop capital outlay projects. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
