has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "A PROGRAM" and insert in lieu thereof "ORGANIZATIONS".

    2. On page 1, line 20, strike "a program" and insert in lieu thereof "organizations".

    3. On page 1, line 20, strike "provides" and insert in lieu thereof "provide".

    4. On page 1, line 21, after "origination", insert "multimedia".

    5. On page 1, line 21, strike "statewide".

    6. On page 1, line 22, strike "media" and insert in lieu thereof "multimedia". 

    7. On page 1, line 22, after "access", insert "statewide".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
