SENATE BILL 595

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "TO OBTAIN A NEEDS ASSESSMENT" and on line 12, after "FOR", insert "CAPITAL NEEDS AND TO OPTIMIZE SPACE UTILIZATION IN".

    2. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "obtain a facility needs assessment" and insert in lieu thereof "use space optimization methods to improve student outcomes".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
