has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 6, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 7 through 10 in their entirety.

     2. On page 4, line 14, after "organizations", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

     3. On page 4, line 15, after "Taiwan", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 16 up to the semicolon.
