SENATE MEMORIAL 27

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, strike "AND PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS" and insert in lieu thereof "IN NEW MEXICO".

    2. On page 1, line 23, strike "many schools, especially charter schools," and insert in lieu thereof "an increasing number of public schools".

    3. On page 2, line 16, strike "state" and strike "and public charter schools" and insert in lieu thereof "in New Mexico".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
