HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR
HOUSE BILL 6, 35 & 113, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendments 1 and 4.
2. On page 1, line 16, after "FELONY", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 17 and 18 in their entirety and strike line 19 up to the period.
3. On pages 8 through 10, strike Section 4 in its entirety.
4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
