AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS AND PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION FOR ADOLESCENTS BEING TREATED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO CHILDREN'S PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL FOR HEALTH ISSUES AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2021 for intensive outpatient programs and partial hospitalization for adolescents being treated at the university of New Mexico children's psychiatric hospital for behavioral health issues and substance use disorders. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2021 shall revert to the general fund.
