SENATE BILL 1
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 14, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION;".
2. On page 2, line 15, after "licensed", insert "wholesale".
3. On page 2, line 16, strike "wholesale".
4. On page 3, line 19, strike "a licensed drug wholesaler" and insert in lieu thereof "one or more state drug wholesalers".
5. On page 5, line 16, strike "New Mexico licensed" and insert in lieu thereof "state".
6. On page 7, line 15, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 16.
7. On page 7, lines 18 and 19, strike "appropriated to the department to carry out the purposes of that act" and insert in lieu thereof "subject to appropriation by the legislature and shall be expended only as provided in the appropriation".
8. On page 8, strike Section 11 in its entirety.
9. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
