    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 57

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 24 and 25, remove the brackets and line

through "nonprofit organizations" and strike the underscored

language.

    2. On page 2, line 3, strike "groups" and insert in lieu thereof "nonprofit organizations".

    3. On page 2, line 4, strike "groups" and insert in lieu thereof "nonprofit organizations".

    4. On page 2, line 11, remove the brackets and line through "nonprofit organizations" and strike the underscored language.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
