SENATE BILL 95
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 7, line 6, strike the closing quotation mark.
2. On page 7, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following new subsection:
"G. The authority of the task force and its actions and those of state agencies with respect to federal or privately operated disposal or storage facilities are subject to the limitations contained in federal law and shall be consistent with federal law."".
