has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, lines 20 and 21, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".
2. On page 13, line 9, strike "appropriated" and insert in lieu thereof "subject to appropriation by the legislature".
3. On page 20, lines 1 through 8, strike Section 26 in its entirety.
4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
5. On page 20, line 14, strike "Sections 1 through 25 and 27 of".
