SENATE BILL 134

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, strike line 13 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "CONDUCT THE REDISTRICTING PROCESS FOLLOWING THE 2020 CENSUS.".

    2. On page 1, lines 20 and 21, strike "implement an independent redistricting commission" and insert in lieu thereof "conduct the redistricting process following the 2020 census".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
