SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 168

Amendment sponsored by Senator Michael Padilla

    1. On page 1, line 24, after "resides", insert ", or in the case of an eligible adult pursuant to the Fostering Connections Act, where the eligible adult resides".

    2. On page 2, line 5, after the period, insert "A transfer may be made if the residence of the child or eligible adult changes or for other good cause.".

    3. On page 2, strike lines 21 through 23 in their entirety.

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    5. On page 3, strike lines 8 through 11 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof a closing quotation mark.
