has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On pages 5 and 6, strike Paragraph (1) in its entirety.

    2. Renumber succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 6, line 4, after "waste", insert "or used oil".

    4. On page 6, line 5, after "waste" insert "or any amount of used oil".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
