has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

    1.  On page 2, line 3, after “state”, insert “, tribal”.

 

    2.  On page 3, line 22, after the semicolon, insert “and”.

 

    3.  On page 4, line 1, strike “; and” and strike lines 2 through 4 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period.

 

    4.  On page 5, lines 7 and 8, strike “value-added services payments,”.

 

    5.  On page 5, line 19, strike “and”.

 

    6.  On page 5, line20, after “rehabilitation”, insert a semicolon and after “and”, insert:

                  “(4) other”.

 

    7.  On page 8, strike Section 7 in its entirety.

 

    8.  Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
