has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     "SECTION 29. BERNALILLO COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS-- APPROPRIATIONS.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in Bernalillo county:

 

          A. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct street, median and sidewalk improvements in city council district 1 in Albuquerque;

 

          B. two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, construct, purchase and install improvements and additions to street lighting in city council district 6 in Albuquerque;

 

          C. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to upgrade sidewalks and streets for compliance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and pedestrian safety, particularly at intersections, in city council district 6 in Albuquerque;

 

          D. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, renovate, construct and improve sidewalks and roadways to be compliant with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and to address trails, bikeways, walkways, railroad crossings and bridges in city council district 6 in Albuquerque;

 

          E. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install improvements and additions to street lighting in city council district 6 and Gibson boulevard SE in Albuquerque;

 

          F. one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to plan, design, acquire rights of way and construct street improvements and landscaping in house district 19 in Albuquerque;

 

          G. two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to study, design, construct and install signal and pedestrian improvements at the intersection of Juan Tabo and Camaro NE in Albuquerque;

 

          H. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, equip and construct safety, signal, roadway and striping improvements on Menaul boulevard between Louisiana boulevard and Wyoming boulevard in Albuquerque;

 

          I. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for sidewalk repair and infill in the Reynolds neighborhood in Albuquerque;

 

          J. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and install traffic calming features on San Rafael avenue in Albuquerque;

 

          K. one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to plan, design, acquire rights of way and construct improvements, including federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 sidewalk accessibility, in the South San Pedro and Fair West neighborhoods in Albuquerque;

 

          L. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct the Tramway boulevard landscaping master plan and project in Albuquerque;

 

          M. fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct safety enhancements for pedestrians and cyclists, including sidewalks, bikeways, striping and other safety features, on Lead and Coal avenues from Washington street to Yale boulevard in Albuquerque;

 

          N. eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to plan, design, construct and install curbs, gutters, streets, sidewalks, walking paths, lighting and landscaping in and around Los Altos park in Albuquerque;

 

          O. six hundred sixty thousand dollars ($660,000) to plan, design, acquire rights of way, construct and otherwise improve Paseo del Norte from Calle Nortena to Rainbow boulevard in Albuquerque;

 

          P. two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, demolish, construct and install sidewalks and lighting and make other street improvements in the Wells Park neighborhood of Albuquerque;

 

          Q. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to acquire rights of way and to plan, design, develop, construct, reconstruct, renovate, rehabilitate, preserve and upgrade Yucca road NW in Albuquerque;

 

          R. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and install street lights at the intersection of Dennis Chavez boulevard and Condershine drive SW in Albuquerque;

 

          S. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct landscaping improvements to the public right of way adjacent to Four Hills road in Albuquerque;

 

          T. two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) to plan, design, construct and install median and rights-of-way landscaping along Alameda boulevard in the North Valley of Albuquerque;

 

          U. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct, purchase, equip and install landscaping improvements, including sculpture, to the public right of way adjacent to the interstate highway 40 interchange and the Tramway-Central intersection in Albuquerque;

 

          V. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct and repave Pino avenue from Lowell street to Tramway boulevard;

 

          W. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct and improve landscaping on existing medians and adjoining rights of way along Alameda boulevard NW;

 

          X. ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) to revitalize 4th street, including site investigation for right-of-way boundary mapping and survey, in Ranchos de Albuquerque;

 

          Y. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct, reconstruct and maintain drainage improvements and paving for Corte Adelina, Corte Elicia and Corte Florentino SW in the Adobe Acres neighborhood;

 

          Z. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct and improve Escarpment road on Pajarito mesa;

 

          AA. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct and repave Prosperity avenue from 2nd street to Broadway boulevard in the Mountain View neighborhood;

 

          BB. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to acquire rights of way and to plan, design and construct road and storm drainage improvements on Quiet lane SW from Goff boulevard to the end of the road in the Atrisco community and for other road projects in house district 14;

 

          CC. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and repair paved and unpaved roads in Tijeras; and

 

          DD. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct, repave and rehabilitate Montano road from the New Mexico rail runner express tracks to the Alameda lateral.

 

     SECTION 30. CHAVES COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000) is appropriated to plan, design and construct repairs to and the replacement of a bridge, including work zone dewatering and concrete culverts and other cast-in-place concrete, on west Brasher road in Chaves county.

 

     SECTION 31. CIBOLA COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated to acquire easements and to plan, design and construct road, bridge and drainage improvements to county road 1 and other county roads in Cibola county.

 

     SECTION 32. CURRY COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated to plan, design and construct improvements to county road P/Q, including chipsealing nine miles from New Mexico highway 288 to county road 34, in Curry county.

 

     SECTION 33. DONA ANA COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in Dona Ana county:

 

          A. three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design, acquire rights of way, remove, renovate and construct sidewalks, federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ramps and drive pads, curbs and gutters, traffic control and miscellaneous construction along Telshor boulevard from Claude Dove drive to Idaho avenue in Las Cruces;

 

          B. three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, survey, design and reconstruct roadway, including milling, asphalt overlay and drainage improvements, on Lisa drive in Las Cruces;

 

          C. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and install lighting and sidewalks on Ladesma street in Las Cruces;

 

          D. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to improve and beautify, including lighting, sidewalks, pathways, landscaping and signage and roads, adjacent to the skate park located at the intersection of Hadley avenue and North Walnut street in Las Cruces;

 

          E. four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct street and flood control for the Madrid avenue extension from Martha drive to Triviz drive in Las Cruces;

 

          F. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase a small midsize bus to provide East Mesa bus service to seniors, students and disabled persons in parts of Las Cruces and in Dona Ana county;

 

          G. one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to plan, survey, design and construct roadway improvements to Calle de Lucero and Tierra del Sol drive in San Miguel;

 

          H. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, survey, design, repair and construct roadway and drainage improvements on Grand avenue and Ford street in the Salem colonia;

 

          I. one hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000) to obtain rights of way and to plan, design and construct improvements for Tres Caballos road from New Mexico highway 228 to Kirkpatrick road in the Mesquite area;

 

          J. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct Magistrate Court road full-depth roadway and drainage improvements, including geotechnical investigation, environmental planning and permitting, topographic and right-of-way survey, federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 wheelchair ramps, sidewalks and curbs and gutters, from New Mexico highway 404 to Dos Lagos boulevard in Anthony; and

 

          K. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, survey, design, acquire rights of way, construct and install lighting, sidewalks and other improvements for various roads and the Dona Ana multi-use trail in and around the village of Dona Ana.

 

     SECTION 34. EDDY COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) is appropriated to plan, design, acquire rights of way and construct a relief route from Pecos highway/United States highway 285 across the Pecos river to Hobbs highway/United States highway 62/180 in the vicinity of Carlsbad and to plan, design, construct, acquire rights of way and make improvements to the southeast loop road, including New Mexico highway 31 and southeast loop road in the vicinity of Carlsbad.

 

     SECTION 35. GRANT COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in Grant county:

  

          A. two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct street and drainage improvements on McKee and Erie streets in Bayard; and

 

          B. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct, repair and improve sidewalks in Silver City.

 

     SECTION 36. GUADALUPE COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated to plan, design and construct street improvements in Vaughn in Guadalupe county.

 

     SECTION 37. LEA COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in Lea county:

  

          A. five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct Joe Harvey boulevard improvements, including replacement of trunk line F, renovation of median, retention basins and full roadway reconstruction, in Hobbs; and

 

          B. two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, acquire rights of way and provide matching funds for the Jal relief route on New Mexico highway 128 between mile marker 48 and mile marker 56.

 

     SECTION 38. LUNA COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated to plan, design and construct road and drainage improvements, including sidewalks and accessibility compliance, to streets in Deming in Luna county.

 

     SECTION 39. MCKINLEY COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in McKinley county:

  

          A. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to reconstruct Deer Springs road;

 

          B. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct road, bridge and drainage improvements to Old Coal Mine road;

 

          C. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to acquire easements and rights of way for and to plan, design and construct improvements, including archaeological and environmental studies, curbs, gutters, storm water drainage, sidewalks and asphalt, to streets, including Cedar avenue, Lone Pine drive, Shepard Springs boulevard and Walnut avenue, in the Red Lake chapter of the Navajo Nation;

 

          D. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct and improve county road 51 in the area of the Thoreau chapter of the Navajo Nation; and

 

          E. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and improve Johnson road, including drainage, in the Bahast'lah chapter of the Navajo Nation.

 

     SECTION 40. OTERO COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in Otero county:

 

          A. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to repair and upgrade Hubbard road, including drainage and federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 features, between Dewey lane and 18th street in Alamogordo; and

 

          B. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct a low water crossing in La Luz, including surveying, mapping rights of way, technical geological investigation, drainage analysis, environmental planning and permitting, preliminary and final design and preconstruction activities.

 

     SECTION 41. RIO ARRIBA COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated to plan, design and construct road improvements, sidewalks, gutters, parking and landscaping on Railroad avenue and Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park road surrounding Valdez park in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.

 

     SECTION 42. ROOSEVELT COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated to plan, design and construct improvements to roads in Roosevelt county.

 

     SECTION 43. SAN JUAN COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in San Juan county:

 

          A. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and maintain streets in Aztec;

 

          B. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, build and maintain streets in Bloomfield;

 

          C. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to acquire rights of way and to plan, design, construct and improve, including archaeological and environmental studies, Foothills drive in Farmington;

 

          D. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, build and maintain county roads;

 

          E. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct and maintain county roads across county road series 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000, 6,000 and 7,000;

 

          F. sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to plan, design, construct, purchase and install a rural addressing signage system in the Shiprock chapter of the Navajo Nation; and

 

          G. two hundred ninety thousand dollars ($290,000) to plan, design, construct and install traffic lights in the Shiprock chapter of the Navajo Nation.

 

     SECTION 44. SAN MIGUEL COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS–-

APPROPRIATIONS.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in San Miguel county:

  

          A. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and install replacement lights from Grand avenue to Hot Springs boulevard, Mountain View drive, Legion avenue, Douglas avenue, 6th street and Camino de Las Escuelas in Las Vegas;

 

          B. two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct road and drainage improvements to county road B40A;

 

          C. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to county road A11A;

 

          D. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to county road A27; and

 

          E. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct road and drainage improvements to county roads A34 and A4A in the Rociada area.

 

     SECTION 45. SANDOVAL COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in Sandoval county:

  

          A. four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to resurface and improve South Hill road in Bernalillo;

 

          B. one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) to repave and make other improvements near Loma Larga road and Sagebrush drive in Corrales;

 

          C. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct road improvements on Angel road in Corrales;

 

          D. seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to repair potholes, cracks and other damage to residential streets in house districts 57 and 60 in Rio Rancho;

 

          E. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct flood control curbing on Monterrey road in Rio Rancho; and

 

          F. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct and replace bridge 1718 on county road 11.

 

     SECTION 46. SANTA FE COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in Santa Fe county:

 

          A. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct pavement and sidewalk improvements to Lopez lane and Agua Fria street in Santa Fe;

 

          B. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct, renovate and install pedestrian, signage, landscaping and drainage improvements for streets in Santa Fe;

 

          C. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to acquire rights of way and to plan, design and construct drainage infrastructure improvements on Governor Miles road for mobility and safety for pedestrians and bicyclists in Santa Fe;

 

          D. fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to acquire rights of way and to plan, design and construct bicycle and pedestrian improvements and road improvements on Camino Entrada in Santa Fe;

 

          E. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to acquire rights of way for and to plan, design and construct improvements to Cerro Gordo road from Armijo lane to Upper Canyon road in Santa Fe;

 

          F. fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to acquire rights of way and to plan, design and construct infrastructure improvements for pedestrians and bicyclists on Pacheco street in Santa Fe;

 

          G. thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to plan and design a road noise mitigation project on United States highway 84/285 between the north and south opera exits north of Santa Fe;

 

          H. two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct repaving of county road 74;

 

          I. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and repave county road 78, also known as Camino Chupadero;

 

          J. one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) to chip seal approximately three and one-half miles of feeder roads along Rancho Alegre road;

 

          K. two hundred two thousand five hundred dollars ($202,500) to plan, design and construct road improvements within the Eldorado subdivision; and

 

          L. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct pedestrian, equestrian and bicycle trails, including a bicycle park and landscaping, in Edgewood.

 

     SECTION 47. SIERRA COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.--Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated to plan, design and renovate Foch street from Main avenue to Broadway street, including new roadway, sidewalks, landscaping and drainage, in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county.

 

     SECTION 48. SOCORRO COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in Socorro county:

 

          A. two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design, construct, repair and improve paved and dirt streets in Magdalena; and

 

          B. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and improve roads, including repaving, in Socorro.

 

     SECTION 49. TAOS COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.–- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated to replace an existing bridge and drainage structure over the Rio Fernando on Camino del Medio in Taos in Taos county, including widening roadway, increasing weight capacity and addressing extensive headwater ponding and flooding of the roadway.

 

     SECTION 50. TORRANCE COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, one hundred forty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($147,500) is appropriated to plan, design, construct and equip a shop and yard for the Torrance county road department in Estancia.

 

     SECTION 51. UNION COUNTY ROAD PROJECT--APPROPRIATION.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated to plan, design and pave New Mexico highway 417 from the intersection with New Mexico highway 402 to Texas ranch to market road 3296.

 

     SECTION 52. VALENCIA COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS--APPROPRIATIONS.-- Pursuant to Section 1 of this act, the following amounts are appropriated for the following purposes in Valencia county:

 

          A. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to mill and repave Braught road, Arena road and South Bosque loop in Bosque Farms; and

 

          B. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct lighting and roadway improvements to the intersection of New Mexico highway 263 and Meadowlake road and El Cerro loop.".
