Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 246
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 27, line 21, strike the closing quotation mark and between lines 21 and 22, insert the following:
"D. The district board is subject to the Procurement Code, or a local procurement code adopted by the governing body, as applicable, for public procurement."".
2. On page 61, line 24, after the period, insert a closing bracket.
3. On page 61, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following:
"B. The district board is subject to the Procurement Code, or a local procurement code adopted by the governing body, as applicable, for public procurement.".
4. On page 61, line 25, strike the line up to "A" and insert in lieu thereof "C.".
