    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

HOUSE BILL 90

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 5, line 20, strike "knowingly" and insert in lieu thereof "with intent to evade or defeat the payment or collection of any tax, or, knowing that the probable consequences of the person's act will be to evade or defeat the payment or collection of any tax," and on line 22, after "software", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 23 up to the period.,
