HOUSE BILL 114, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Senate Health and Public Affairs Committee Amendments 1 and 2.
2. On page 1, line 13, after "ENHANCEMENTS", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 up to the period.
3. On page 1, line 23, after the comma, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 24 and strike line 25 through the comma.
4. On page 3, strike line 16 and strike line 17 up to the semicolon.
5. On page 3, line 18, after the comma, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 19 and 20 and strike line 21 through the comma.
6. On page 4, line 12, after the closing bracket, insert a closing quotation mark.
7. On page 4, lines 13 through 16, strike Subsection E in its entirety.
