has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "A DAILY SALARY" and insert in lieu thereof "DAILY MINIMUM SALARIES".

    2. On page 1, line 12, after "DRIVING", insert "AND ATTENDANT".

    3. On page 1, line 18, strike "SALARY" and insert in lieu thereof "AND ATTENDANT MINIMUM SALARIES".

    4. On page 1, line 21, before "salary", insert "minimum".

    5. On page 1, line 23, after the period, insert "A school district or state-chartered charter school shall pay to a school bus attendant a minimum salary of one hundred dollars ($100) per day for each day the attendant performs school bus attendant services.".

    6. On page 1, line 25, after "drivers", insert "and attendants".

    7. On page 2, line 1, strike "salary" and insert in lieu thereof "minimum salaries".

    8. On page 2, line 5, after "driver", insert "and attendant".

 

    9. On page 2, line 5, after "driving", insert "or attending".

    10. On page 2, line 7, after "daily", insert "minimum".

    11. On page 2, line 13, after "drivers", insert "or attendants".

    12. On page 2, line 13, strike "salary" and insert in lieu thereof "minimum salaries".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
