SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 16

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "LESS THAN A ONE HUNDRED PERCENT" and insert in lieu thereof "SIXTY PERCENT OR GREATER".

    2. On page 2, line 2, before "service-connected", insert "sixty percent or greater".

    3. On page 2, line 11, after the first occurrence of "the", insert "same".,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
