has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 1, line 12, after the comma, insert "INDIAN WATER RIGHTS SETTLEMENTS,".

 

     2. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "year 2023" and insert in lieu thereof "years 2023 through 2025".

 

     3. On page 1, line 19, after the comma, insert "Indian water rights settlements,".

 

     4. On page 1, line 22, strike "2023" and insert in lieu thereof "2025".,

 

 

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
