SENATE TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 100
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 18, line 21, strike “a”; and insert in lieu thereof “one”.
2. On page 18, line 22, strike “person”; and insert in lieu thereof “cannabis establishment and another person who holds an ownership interest in a licensed cannabis microbusiness.”
3. On page 18, line 22 strike “a”.
4. On page 18, line 22, strike “member” and insert “members”.
5. On page 30, strike lines 8 through 16.
6. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
7. On page 30, line 18, after the comma, strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 19 and strike line 20 through the comma.
