has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 3, line 2, strike the colon.
2. On page 3, line 3, strike the paragraph designation "(1)".
3. On page 3, line 6, strike the subparagraph designation "(a)" and insert in lieu thereof the paragraph designation "(1)".
4. On page 3, line 8, strike the subparagraph designation "(b)" and insert in lieu thereof the paragraph designation "(2)".
5. On page 3, line 12, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 13 through 15 in their entirety.
6. On page 21, line 8, strike "ACTIONS--COMMUNICATION" and insert in lieu thereof "COMMUNICATIONS".
7. On page 21, lines 9 through 15, strike Subsection A in its entirety.
8. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
9. On page 21, line 20, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 21 through 25 in their entirety and on page 22, strike line 1 in its entirety.
10. On page 22, line 2, strike "Prescription" and insert in lieu thereof "Information otherwise protected by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 in prescription".
11. On page 22, line 5, after "Act", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 6 through 11 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period and a closing quotation mark.
