    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 151

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, after "TO", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 12 and strike line 13 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION; DEFINING REASONABLE ASSURANCE FOR EMPLOYEES OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS".

    2. On page 7, line 12, strike "in the same" and insert in lieu thereof "substantially the same or is a higher".

    3. On page 7, line 16, strike "non-tenure-track faculty member".

 

    4. On page 7, line 17, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    5. On page 7, line 23, after "availability", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 24 and 25 and on page 8, strike all of lines 1 through 5 and strike line 6 up to the period.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
