has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, lines 12 through 14, strike "PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE OF MEMBERS IF THE NUMBER OF CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS IN THE STATE CHANGES;".
2. On page 1, line 25, strike "provided that if the number of congressional".
3. On page 2, strike lines 1 through 3 in their entirety.
4. On page 2, lines 4 and 5, strike "Except as provided in Subsection C of this section, three" and insert in lieu thereof "Three".
5. On page 2, line 6, after the comma, insert "positions one, two and three,".
6. On page 2, line 8, strike ", as follows:" and insert in lieu thereof a period.
7. On pages 2 and 3, strike Paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) in their entirety and strike Subsection C in its entirety.
8. On page 4, lines 7 and 8, strike "Other than the scientist appointed pursuant to Paragraph (4) of Subsection D of this section, no" and insert in lieu thereof "No".
9. On page 4, line 11, strike "appointed by the governor".
10. On page 5, strike Subsection G in its entirety.
11. On page 6, stike Subsection M in its entirety.
12. On page 6, line 24, strike "ex officio, nonvoting".
13. Reletter subsections to correspond with these amendments.
and further recommends that it now be referred to the CONSERVATION COMMITTEE.
