1. On page 3, line 17, before "state's", insert "member".

     2. On page 8, line 9, strike "seeking privilege to practice".

     3. On page 8, line 11 through page 9, line 10, strike Paragraph (1) in its entirety.

     4. On page 9, line 13, strike "board" and insert in lieu thereof "commission".

     5. On page 9, lines 14 and 15, strike Paragraph (3) in its entirety.

     6. On page 9, line 16, after "unencumbered", insert "home state".

     7. On page 9, lines 23 and 24, strike "seeking privilege to practice".

     8. On page 9, line 25 through page 10, line 15, strike Paragraph (1) in its entirety.

     9. On page 10, lines 19 through 22, strike Paragraphs (3) and (4) in their entirety.

     10. On page 10, line 23, after "unencumbered", insert "home state".

     11. Renumber all paragraphs to correspond to these amendments.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
