HOUSE BILL 426

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 15, strike "and".

    2. On page 3, line 17, strike the period and the closing

quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"; and 

       J. "transportation fuel" means electricity or a liquid or gaseous fuel that is blended, sold, supplied, used or offered for sale to power vehicles or equipment for on-road or off-road purposes."".,

and thence referred to the GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS AND INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
