SENATE BILL 26

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 9, after "amount", insert "above the annual

average amount" and on line 20, after "amount", insert "above the

annual average amount".

    2. On page 3, lines 9 through 11, remove the brackets and

line-through and on line 10, after the first occurrence of "fund",

insert a comma and after "reserve", insert a comma.

    3. On page 5, line 2, after "excess", insert "amount above the

annual average amount".
