    Your HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred 

SENATE BILL 35

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:                           

    1. On page 1, line 14, strike "REMOVING", strike all of line 15 and strike line 16 through the semicolon.

    2. On page 6, line 21, remove the brackets and the line through "(3) practice only in a class A county" and after "county", insert a semicolon.

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
