    1. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "One million one hundred forty thousand dollars ($1,140,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Four million one hundred forty thousand dollars ($4,140,000)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
