    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 64

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 9, line 7, strike "crimes" and insert in lieu thereof "convictions arising from the same case. If the offender is serving sentences for convictions arising from multiple cases, the time counted toward parole eligibility for a particular case does not begin to accrue until that sentence for the case is being served".
