    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 113

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 12, line 1, strike "and".

    2. On page 12, line 5, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    3. On page 12, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(6) ensure that no more than four hundred students per school year receive educational scholarships pursuant to the provisions of the Equal Education Opportunity Scholarship Act.".

    4. On page 16, line 2, strike the closing quotation mark.

    5. On page 16, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following new subsection:

         "L. The total credit amount claimed in this section shall not exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000)."".

    6. On page 19, line 7, strike the closing quotation mark.

    7. On page 19, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subsection:

         "J. The total credit amount claimed in this section shall not exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000)."".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
