SENATE HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 117

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 6, after "person", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 7 through 15 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "licensed by the New Mexico state board of psychologist examiners as a psychologist;".

    2. On page 13, line 24, after the subsection designation "E.", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 25 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "A psychologist license in good standing is required for licensure as a prescribing psychologist."".
