has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 147

DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

1. On page 41, lines 4 through 7, remove the brackets and

line-through and strike the underscored language.

         2. On page 41, line 5, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and on line 6, after "tax", insert "and cannabis excise tax".
