    Your HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 210

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 13 and 14, strike "surviving spouse, children or parents" and insert in lieu thereof "beneficiary or beneficiaries designated by the service member on a form provided by the department of military affairs".

    2. On page 2, lines 19 and 20, strike "first to the surviving spouse" and insert in lieu thereof "to a beneficiary or beneficiaries designated by the service member on a form provided by the department of military affairs".

    3. On page 2, line 20, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 21 through 25.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
