SENATE BILL 263

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 24, strike "assistants" and insert in lieu thereof "assistance".

    2. On page 4, line 13 through page 5, line 1, strike Section 4 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    4. On page 5, lines 10 and 11, strike "other state agency and".

    5. On page 5, line 23, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
