    1. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "; MAKING AN

APPROPRIATION".

    2. On page 6, line 21, strike "proscribed" and insert in lieu

thereof "prescribed".

    3. On page 16, line 17, strike "proscribed" and insert in lieu

thereof "prescribed".

    4. On page 24, line 22, strike "proscribed" and insert in lieu

thereof "prescribed".

    5. On page 31, line 25, strike "proscribed" and insert in lieu

thereof "prescribed".

    6. On page 34, lines 7 through 13, strike Section 46 in its

entirety.

    7. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
