    1. On page 3, lines 7 and 8, strike "Notwithstanding any confidentiality provision established by law, a" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

    2. On page 3, line 10, after "demand", insert "regardless of any confidentiality provision established by state or local law".

    3. On page 3, line 11, before "court", insert "district".
